SYSTEM INTERNALS
New Features:
- Status Update: Gpayments
- Issue Resolution: Fixed issues related to Gpayments and clarified all status. We identified 26 status that were not previously logged in our system.
Fixes & Updates:
- Status Fixes: Clearer Status
- For unsupported cards in our system, the status will now be 'Payment Card Not Supported' instead of 'No Routing Options Available.'
- When a user inputs the wrong CVV, the status will now be 'Wrong CVV Parameter.'
- POS transactions
- We’re now setting all POS (PHOS.PAX) transactions per partner's status:
- PNC & TRU: Provide both successful and failed POS transactions.
- ECP: Provide only approved transactions (for now).
- Final Status For Callback Response
- The status will now include the date of the final transaction status (approved/declined).
- Recurring Tokenization Transactions
- Create a Tokenization transaction only when the initial Recurring transaction is approved.
USER INTERFACE
New Features:
- Pay By Link (PBL) - Automated Reporting Updates - NotificationRules/Email:
- Added an extra parameter to NotificationRule:
- Environment.
- When sending an email with a notification that contains a FileReport link, the link should open the file directly from Amazon S3 instead of a Paragon URL.
- Back Office User Management for Merchants
- Merchants can now create and manage their own back office users. One user per brand will be assigned as brand admin to manage any new users, with the following limitations:
- Only external roles will be available - Full Access, PBL, Disputes, VT.
- Scope will be defined by admins only and selected per user’s scope.
- Bulk Action Capability
- Users can now perform bulk actions by updating several rows simultaneously using multi-select. This feature is currently available under the Recurring module.
- Transactions List Module
- Added a new column for the brand transaction ID.
- Dynamic Reports
- Users can now save pre-defined templates for their usage
